The Best of SL Magazine in celebration of it’s 7th Anniversary will be presenting “A Night at the Movies.” Each show will be dedicated to a movie that almost everybody will recognize. This International Fashion Week will feature creative and unique designs from over 25 of SL’s best known designers. Along with models from BLVD Fashion House, the modeling arm of BOSL & CO., shows will be held from Saturday,October 11th through Saturday,October 18th at the brand new event venue in the BOSL retail district. As a special treat, all of the 2015 Miss Virtual World candidates will be presented for the first time.
The finale show will be a charitable event honoring Robin Williams. The GRAND FINALE SHOW for BOSL FASHION WEEK 2014 will be dedicated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness honoring the memory of the late actor and comedian, Robin Williams. The theme will be based on the famous movie “Aladdin”.
BOSL CEO, Reign Congrejo stated, ” this is truly a very special occasion for us at BOSL and we are very excited to showcase not only our fabulous models and Miss Virtual World ladies but celebrate all that is the very BEST in our Second Life.”

HOW TO AUDITION:
1. Send your best FULL PERM 512 X 512 headshot to Kim Rongyu labeled: MR VIRTUAL WORLD 2014 (your name) – Please don’t forget the title, the year nor your name, or we may never find the picture. Send the texture only, no folders nor note cards please.
2. Also, please send the same headshot to the following email: thebestofwebmaster@gmail.com – Don’t forget to include your name. This image should not be bigger than 1024 x 1024 nor smaller than 512 x 512.
3. Join THE BEST OF SL Magazine Readers Group. All MR VIRTUAL WORLD 2014 announcements will be made in this group. Copy/Paste the link below in local chat, click it and join!

4. At the end of the month the judges will select those gentlemen, from the website, who they would like to see at a live audition. This means your face shot will be your first impression on the judges, so make it fabulous!
5. If you are called back for a live audition, prepare an outfit that you think will impress the judges. You will be judged on your walk, pose, styling and overall appearance.
6. If you get enough votes from the judges, you will be announced as an official MR VIRTUAL WORLD 2014 candidate.
7. Photoshop is allowed, but please keep photographs realistic so that it reflects how you actually look in Second Life.
8. The audition will be held on 4th May. So, on May 5th we will announce ALL the Official MR VIRTUAL WORLD 2014 Candidates.
9. The MR VIRTUAL WORLD 2014 Pageant will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2014 at 10:00 am SLT. Please be aware that all rehearsals and press presentations will be held on Saturdays or Sundays at around this time from May to July. If you cannot commit to this schedule, please don’t audition at all.
10. You must be a RL male and be able to conduct voice interviews.
11. If you don´t speak English, you may still audition, but you must provide a translator for yourself during interviews and rehearsals if you become an official finalist.

➍ – If the judges like what they see, you will be called back for a live audition at the Fashion Dome. A panel of judges will evaluate you on your runway skills, styling and overall look. After the judges have seen all of the pre-selected avatars, the list of the Official finalists who will compete for the title of MR. VIRTUAL WORLD 2013 will be announced. MISTER VIRTUAL WORLD 2013 will take place on June 22, 2013 at 10:00AM SLT.
➎ – Most rehearsals will take place on Saturdays or Sundays at 10:00AM SLT. If you cannot commit to this schedule, please do not audition.
➏ – Live auditions will be announced on THE BEST OF SL Magazine Readers Group. Deadline for picture entry is May 19, 2013.
Official finalists for the title of MISTER VIRTUAL WORLD 2013 will compete in a series of styling challenges as well as a live voice interview before the judges, culminating in the June 22, 2013 televised pageant. If you are chosen as an Official finalist, please realize this is a serious commitment of your time. Additional details will be provided if you are selected to compete.
